This means that the number of opened dynamic files exceeded the settings in uvconfig. This may also due to hung process that wasn't relased from the table. Typically, a simple restart of the DataStage server will resolve this issue. But you may also want to increase the value of T30FILE from the uvconfig. To change this value, edit uvconfig file. The default is 200. Bump it up to 500 and play with the settings over time. If you still received the same error, just adjust the settings again. If you changed this value, you would need to run uvregen to regenerate the configuration setup. Then restsart DataStage server. You might also encounter some error on doing uvregen, just refer to this article.
